Our Delivery Charges, below. Please note, we aim to deliver next weekday if ordered before midday but during busy periods this may not always be possible.


Our Terms & Other Information

Online Shop:  We are only able to accept orders from UK Mainland customers. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.

Prices:  All prices shown are British Pounds Sterling, fully inclusive of VAT at 20%. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payments:  Online transactions are processed either via credit card or through the Paypal Website Payments system. For Paypal transactions specifically, the financial or credit card data you supply will be processed and stored by Paypal. Paypal will be responsible for storing your financial details securely and in accordance with their own privacy policy. Paypal comply with the Payment Card Issuer (PCI) requirements on data security, and any payment card information and other financial details collected by Paypal will be stored and used in accordance with those security standards. We do not store any of our customers financial details.

We require a contact number and clear instructions as to where it will be safe to leave your goods, should you not be at home. This option is only available at your own risk. If it is not safe to leave the goods please state clearly and the courier will leave a card to arrange delivery at a more convenient time.


Cancellations And Returns:  You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days from the day after your goods have been received. You are required to inform us in writing either via post, or, ideally the cancellation notice should be sent by e-mail to info@glassjarsandbottles.com and must state your name, a description of the goods concerned and your order number. Attaching the Order Confirmation originally sent to you will also assist us in processing your cancellation and refund as quickly as possible. If this cancellation arrives before your goods are despatched, you will receive a full refund. If however your goods have been despatched there will be a charge to cover the original delivery costs incurred for the goods being returned. You must take reasonable care of the goods and then return the goods to our warehouse at 11 Pontefract Lane, Leeds LS9 0RH by registered post or similar as soon as it is practicable to do so. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and the risk of damage to the goods in transit. We ask that you return the goods with the original packaging.

Breakages:  Any breakages must be reported as soon as possible and within 3 working days of delivery. Please do not reject parcels because you think the goods are broken, accept the goods and contact us immediately. In some cases we may ask for photographic evidence. Please check goods on arrival as discrepancies cannot be rectified after 7 working days.

Glass Colour:  Please note the content of recycled glass used to produce our bottles and jars does fluctuate. Therefore we cannot guarantee that every glass bottle or jar will be the same colour glass. Some may have a very slight green tint.
